On Kangaroo Island, the most important contacts are your Local Recovery Coordinator and Local Recovery Centre. They should be your first port of call, and can connect you to any other services you might need.

There is an official Facebook group for the recovery of Kangaroo Island. This group is for those directly impacted by the fires, not the general public. It is a place to ask questions, share information and resources, and connect with your local community during the recovery phase. This group is managed by the Kangaroo Island Local Recovery Coordinator, Rob Manton, and team.
